Ampersand Coffee Roasters

Our mission is "Empowerment Through Coffee" and we achieve this in three distinct ways.
First, we support and preserve the environment of our coffee farms. The world's shifting climate threatens the future of coffee; our standards ensure a healthy farm and ecosystem so we can help protect the drink you love.
Second, all of our coffees are fair trade which ensures that a premium for the coffee goes directly into the pockets of farmers, helping to lift them out of poverty and allowing them to invest into their farms.
Lastly, the majority of our coffees are sourced through Cafe Femenino and the International Women's Coffee Alliance who work exclusively with women-owned farms and co-ops.
