When can I expect my coffee?
Native ships it’s orders during the first week of every month. Each order will arrive the month after you subscribe. So if your purchase date is January 1st, your shipment will arrive on the first week of February. Since Native ships most of our orders in Colorado, once your coffee is shipped it should only take a couple of days to arrive.
Can I join the club even if I don’t live in Colorado?
Yes! We love giving people the opportunity to try Colorado coffee. Who knows, maybe someday Native Coffee Club will come to your state.
Can I give Native as a gift?
Of course you can silly! We offer Native gift subscriptions for sale on both our Blends and Single Origin subscriptions.
How do i use a discount code?
On the checkout page put the discount code in the “Discount Code” box and your discount will be refunded to you a few days after your purchase.
Am I able to skip a shipment if I need?
Unfortunately at this time, no. The way Squarespace designed their subscriptions doesn’t allow for customers to pause their orders. If that ever changes we will certainly let you know. You can always cancel and then resubscribe. You can do this by logging into your account.
Do you sell coffee pods?
At this point, Native is unable to find an way to distribute coffee pods without hurting the environment. We would encourage you try our coffee with a re-usable coffee pod adaptor.
Do you sell larger quantity coffee for office or church use?
Yes! We would love to chat about how we can provide Native Coffee Club to your office or church. By partnering with Native, you can give your constituents a variety of coffee to try and hand out the discounts and merch that come with it.
What kind of packaging do you use?
We use the selected roaster's coffee packaging. For shipping, we have selected a 100% recycled soft packaging to reduce waste and shipping costs.
